UNIGLOBE Total Travel is able to offer you exclusive rates with most major airlines.  As well as being able to access our special rates, we can negotiate on your behalf with our suppliers.  We will always advise you on the most efficient and cost-effective ways of reaching your desired destination.  UNIGLOBE uses TripCheck, a robotic “super-agent” that works 24/7 to identify the lowest fares by searching for fare decreases and continuously monitoring waitlists to ensure your travellers are first when a seat becomes available on a sold out flight.

Rail

High rail volume clients are offered the opportunity to have a desktop rail ticket printing machine installed within their offices. This will stop any stress waiting for the post and will save money on additional ‘Ticket on Departure’ costs.

Car Hire

UNIGLOBE Total Travel has extremely competitive, pre-negotiated rates with major car hire companies in many different worldwide destinations.

Hotels

Using our exclusively negotiated bed bank rates, we are able to offer you significant savings on accommodation. As well as being able to access these market leading rates, we can also negotiate on your behalf with specific hotels in your key travel locations.  UNIGLOBE stands out above our competition in the rate agreement process as we negotiate the rates on a commission free basis and the contract is held in YOUR name. This means YOU own the rate at the property and your travellers can personally earn their loyalty points from their stays if the hotels in question offer a rewards scheme.

Meetings, Conferencing and Events

Our talented and highly skilled Conferencing and Events team will work with you to create your perfect event wherever it is in the world.  There is no limit to the number of delegates we can accommodate.

From concept to end result we can manage every aspect of your event, from venue selection, flights, accommodation and catering to supplier negotiations. We will work with you at every stage to help plan a successful  event.

Visas and Passports

We will always inform you at the time of booking if a visa is required for the country you are travelling to. We work with Visa processing companies so that the visa application process is as fast and efficient as possible.  In some cases we are able to fast track applications if the applicable consulate permits.

We will make sure we inform you when your traveller’s passport is due to expire and will assist you with the renewal.

7*24 Rescue Line (Emergency Assistance)

When you book with UNIGLOBE Total Travel you can relax, knowing we are there to help you in case your travel plans change.  The UNIGLOBE 7*24 Rescue Line is a service available to travellers who need urgent assistance outside of our normal office hours.
